Mom Music---bring it on

- drove down to the Masonic temple box office in Detroit to wait in line with the freaks to get me Frank Zappa tickets, because the ticket outlet at the local department store was on the fritz. When she finally got to the window they assumed she was there for Nutcracker tickets.

- took my sister and me to the Uptown Throwdown hip-hop show, when I was in high school and my sister was in middle school.
