The dragons got smaller and smaller over the decades, until the last dragon was the size of a cat when it died. But it wasn't just that House Targaryen had stunted the growth of the world's greatest weapon. The Dragonpit was also where many dragons were killed by an angry mob during an infamous event known as the Storming of the Dragonpit.

They have a bunch of big dragon skulls under the palace (or is it the Red Keep?) as we saw a few times (and as is referred to even in the redesignef title sequence which may be a big hint too) but reanimating decapitated dragons might not be that useful. Any intact ones even cat sized yes of course.

In hindsight, the critical problem with the “the night king is not stupid” theory was that the night king is stupid

Weird frame rate stuff with the dragon riding and occasional zombie attacks, probably woulda looked better on a ps pro
