so after some deliberation i no longer feel confident that the nets will win the nba playoffs

lol i'm in a slack with some strong blazer fans and while they acknowledge that NOLA whooped them last round i have also heard them say that said defensive scheme was an unsustainable gimmick. gonna go out on a limb and say it's very sustainable if you try it

y'all meyers leonard is making almost 12 million dollars next season let that sink in

afaics, part of the home court advantage is that the refs shift how they call fouls, by allowing the home team to 'play its game' on its home court. In Portland, that means allowing a free flowing offense and calling a tight game. In OKC that means letting defenders bang bodies more with offensive players and get more 'handsy'. The visiting team has to adjust to this.

i'd put the raptors up there too personally... second best record in the league, third best point differential, and i think their rotation has the right mix of young talent and vets who have played a bunch of games in the conference finals

if i was making tiers i would go

bucks

rockets/raptors

celtics/sixers

spurs/nuggets/blazers/okc
