Man... I've come to the conclusion 'Ballroom Blitz' is the best rock song ever recorded

Well, I'm gonna big up "The Six Teens" if no one else is.

I know everybody is all about the US version of Desolation Boulevard, but I have to say the s/t album (possibly US-only?) w/"Little Willy" and "Blockbuster" kicks major ass too.

The spine on mine is worn where the title should be.

Also has "Wig Wam Bam" and "Hell Raiser". Probably a USA-only release.

ah, yeah I have a similar, later comp that's p much the same track listing. those early singles are great.

Silly post script: I was cueing up "Hell Raiser" last night when my DJ partner told me the bar was suddenly having to close for the night because somebody messed up the toilets.

I still maintain Sweet circa Give Us A Wink, second row center, was one of the best concerts I have ever experienced. RIP, Steve.

What were things that Priest sang lead/co-lead on? He's credited as "bass guitar, lead vocals" on Desolation Boulevard.

I will never tire of "Fox on the Run." I was hoping to post a good movie clip on Facebook--it's used in both Dazed and Confused and Mindhunter (probably other films, too)--but couldn't find anything.
