was a useless haddy at rangers when he was up to his knees in EBTs.
the definition of yisterday's man. total job's for the boys appointment. poor man's WGS when we needed something better than WGS had to offer.

I try not to be too deems about wanting managers out but I would have sacked him at half time.
tbh I would have sacked him at any point in his tenure as he's been fucking brutal at all times and any results we got were not of his doing.

When I find myself feeling low I externally moan about brexit and we're all going to die, but really it's Lennon's Celtic and McLeish's Scotland that are getting me down.
For all he's a sneaky self-serving snake, at least Brendan's teams were mostly fun to watch while the world burned.

I always say I have but I don't really mean it. This is as disengaged as I've ever been with the national team.
From WGS saying we were genetically unable to compete (years after taking the job and even more years after being a wee tiny guy who scored against West Germany in a World Cup) to the shit show that was Eck's appointment to the all time low of Kazakhstan I think I'm maybe finally done with them.

i think i cared a bit about the scotland national team up until 2007, when we lost to italy in the playoff for euro 2008.

If the referee hadn't shat it, Brown would have got three Rangers players sent off, that would have to be some sort of record.
― Angry Question Time Man's Flute Club Band (Tom D.), Sunday, 31 March 2019 20:38 (five years ago) link
Brown hit in three separate off the ball incidents (one of them off the game) and he's named by Andy Walker at the end as someone who could face action afterwards. For smiling and celebrating presumably.
Rangers are garbage. We were almost as bad for 20 minutes.
Edouard's best game in a while and when you add his two last minute winners in the past few weeks he's carried us over the line.
― Non, je ned raggette rien (onimo), Sunday, 31 March 2019 20:49 (five years ago) link
Yes, I'll admit I have altered my initial opinion of Edouard as fat, lazy and profligate. Shocking performance in the second half, thought they had the game won.

With the treble in the bag (aye, right) I will be focussing on St Mirren's attempts to avoid relegation having been odds on for the drop for most the season.

Treble treble!
That was a nervy final, Hearts played really well - bossed midfield for most of the game quite comfortably.
French Eddy seems completely lacking in nerves. His goals since Lennie arrived have been huge - no Eddie no treble.
I'm not convinced by our football since Lennie came back and I'm worried he's been employed as a cheap option - not just in wages but in summer transfers. Any of the other names linked with us would have wanted commitment in terms of investment but imo Lennie would take the job no matter what.
