Description The server understood the request but refuses to authorize it.

No idea about that, I'll post a note to stet.

got it. it's currently showing "1 pending registration(s)." at the top of my screen which, when clicked, takes me to the same error message.

I think I got them all without fucking up anything too much! Was there something earlier on where number of votes was wrong?
