I love her so much, every song feels old and timeless

new one’s great, comfortably expands her sound but doesn’t sacrifice the core aspects of it in the process

sorta got my wish with the 鮎川のしづく cdr she put out last year. lots of field recordings and excerpts from intimate live performances. gorgeous. personal fave aoba record.

The new one is amazing... she crafts better melodies than Bacharach imo

Yeah this is really something. I wish 'Sagu Palm's Song' was a duvet, I'd wrap myself in that and blissfully sleep and dream for years hibernation style.
