You constantly hear people like Cheech Marin, Snoop Dogg and Andre 3000 claiming that they quit smoking. Whether you believe them or not, it's not surprising that they engage in spin control. I've always thought that the proho nazis would try their best to "make an example" of big icons (like arresting chong)
