this seems like damning with faint praise, but I really love how Mayfly ties the sequencing together of IYFS. I don't think you can overlook it's pop value in an album that could have come across as fairly bitter. I suppose one of the downsides of a tracks poll is that somewhat slight songs don't hold up that well in the sunlight, but it's hard for me to imagine that album without it.

this seems like damning with faint praise, but I really love how Mayfly ties the sequencing together of IYFS. I don't think you can overlook it's pop value in an album that could have come across as fairly bitter

it's kind of a perfect album track tbh, it pulls you right out of the sadder and more expansive mood of the title track and you don't really notice it happening
