ILM Ballot Polls for 2014 and beyond -- order, timing, "I would have voted if I'd known about it," etc

We use wOBA for music polls.

(i'm using the spreadsheet that's referenced upthread (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-6UZjUc-eioPify1wTOMXe_dSsjOQ6pBu0ZjT0I7CCQ) but i'm using lol numbers on my macbook so i have to make some adjustments and use vlookup i guess)

i don't know if ilx music polls are ready for the wOBA revolution

i'm going bee ok style! (1 = 50, 2 = 46, 3 = 43, 4 = 40, 5 = 38, 6 = 36, 7= 35, then one point less for each successive ranking down the list). posting it here in case some other hapless poll runner needs it in the future.
