didn't realize he had a new book (Notes on a Case of Melancholia)!

i also didn't realize that the PBF Collection has been revised and expanded twice since i bought it in 2007 (when it was called The Trial of Colonel Sweeto and Other Stories)

The Candyland people came for him, so it went OOP for awhile

i ran into him SUPER briefly at the last (god i hope not) MOCCA and he seemed chipper and in his element, so maybe he's not quite as driven batshit as that video makes him out to be. or more likely he's like most of us and brilliant and friendly some days and driven batshit on others. i would very much like to read the new book.
