I'm thinking more of the 99% stuff made from water pressed through the white of teh cocnut. Only started using it as an ingredient a few months ago.
Do love the liquid I drain out of the coconuts t5hemselves. & have been eating quite a bit of the freshish white both as itself and finely chopped as an ingredient in the stir fry curry whatever I've been making variations of.
