Otm. Good for Firminho to get it

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Tuesday, 18 September 2018 20:56 (five years ago) link

I came late and didn't know the lineups and spent much of the first half wondering if neymar or mbappe had even started

gbx, Tuesday, 18 September 2018 20:57 (five years ago) link

Odd second half, PSG didn't seem remotely arsed and Liverpool just passed it around and got complacent which allowed PSG to sneak back into it. Salah looks well off the pace.

Was Keita injured?

gbx, Tuesday, 18 September 2018 21:19 (five years ago) link

Nah he was on the bench

Number None, Tuesday, 18 September 2018 21:30 (five years ago) link

Who does Tuchel remind me of? An actor, prob, but I can't figure it out?

Yes, he doesn't look like a football manager, that's for sure.

Florian! I stand corrected, this is him.

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Tuesday, 18 September 2018 22:52 (five years ago) link

My initial reaction was "blonde Jared kushner" but it didn't really check out

gbx, Tuesday, 18 September 2018 22:57 (five years ago) link

(xp) Well, they both look very German, true.

Zach Same (Tom D.), Tuesday, 18 September 2018 22:58 (five years ago) link

Shaktar-Hoffenheim an entertaing blend of brilliance and ineptitude. Julian Nagelsmann has ditched his usual jeans and t-shirt and is looking more like Miles Teller than ever.

Ajax vs AEK game entirely predictable. Ajax winning 3-0 against a team that would be put to shame by Charlton Athletic, and yet all the media and Ajax themselves acting like they just butchered Real Madrid. Some things never change.

Ronaldo straight red

Lyon 1-0 up against Citeh

. (Michael B), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:32 (five years ago) link

No idea why Ronaldo got a straight red but lol it's on

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:33 (five years ago) link

Off the ball incident apparently

. (Michael B), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:35 (five years ago) link

i’m just gonna enjoy lyon leading 1-0 cos there’s no way they can hold on to that

Jibe, Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:36 (five years ago) link

As the biggest hater of Cron on the planet I must conclude the video evidence is inconclusive non-existent.

Firmly rooting for Lyon, Jibe, you're not alone!

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:40 (five years ago) link

Yeah, that’s a joke.

Wag1 Shree Rajneesh (ShariVari), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:41 (five years ago) link

apparently he's out of both Utd games now lol

Utd have been poor natch, but Pogba scored a lovely goal and Dalot looks quite promising

Number None, Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:42 (five years ago) link

Pogba goal was gr8.

Nb. For the very first time in my life I am watching a telly show that clicks from goal to goal and highlight to highlight, between all six CL matches on right now. This is not how football was meant to be enjoyed. Very odd.

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:45 (five years ago) link

lol now they score a second
what the hell is happenig

Jibe, Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:45 (five years ago) link

Second for Pogba!
Second for Lyon!
<3

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:46 (five years ago) link

penalty decision was a shocker. Handball extremism is killing football

Number None, Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:47 (five years ago) link

Pogba's run-up was so so great tho

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:48 (five years ago) link

h8 the run-up so much

Number None, Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:48 (five years ago) link

Nah, Pogba ran up the nerves of the keeper there.

Agree that this handball-nazism is killing footy tho

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:50 (five years ago) link

The red card for Ronaldo was an atrocious decision. But then he cries, he cries again, he leaves the pitch crying, and it's just so satisfying.

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 19:52 (five years ago) link

I’ve seen Lyon squander so many 2-0 leads against far lesser teams that I’m fully expecting a 4-2 loss now that the 2nd half has begun

Jibe, Wednesday, 19 September 2018 20:04 (five years ago) link

No way. Lyon is bossing this big time.

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 20:12 (five years ago) link

Nice to see Renato Sanches back and looking like himself again.

Wag1 Shree Rajneesh (ShariVari), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 20:16 (five years ago) link

Bale really is thriving with Cron gone, isn't he?

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 20:17 (five years ago) link

they look nothing like the team i’m used to seeing on the weekends
almost a third now!

Jibe, Wednesday, 19 September 2018 20:18 (five years ago) link

My sole wish is Depay sealing the deal here. Pep's bunch are being drubbed here.

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 20:22 (five years ago) link

Silva closing in. I really hope Jibe's "we've thrown 2-0 before" won't happen now.

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 20:27 (five years ago) link

Sweet goal from Mariano for Real.

Wag1 Shree Rajneesh (ShariVari), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 20:51 (five years ago) link

Well done Lyon.

Wag1 Shree Rajneesh (ShariVari), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 20:52 (five years ago) link

well that was unexpected
the french football board i read where lyon fans mockingly call genesio pep are in complete disbelief

Jibe, Wednesday, 19 September 2018 20:53 (five years ago) link

Well done Lyon indeed.

lbi's life of limitless european glamour (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 19 September 2018 20:57 (five years ago) link

Number None, Tuesday, 2 October 2018 19:54 (five years ago) link
