Um is it OK to raise my eyebrows a tad at "$12.3 million for medical expenses and lost earnings" if I also say that I'm pleased for the dude and in general when Ford (or whoever) lose cases like this?

dude can't move, i'm not going to begrudge him some $$$ in addition to his actual expenses (esp. since it sounds like he needs 24 hour care indefinitely)
