According to The Guardian, there are 35,000 Peru fans there, not 15,000. Most of the reports from Muscovites I’ve seen suggest they’re the largest / most visible fan contingent by far.

Morocco vs Iran should be good. It’s a shame the (probably) best team in Africa got drawn against the best team in Asia, with neither of them likely to qualify. The Iranian guy who cuts my hair is pretty confident they can beat Portugal but is more concerned about Morocco.

yes - it is today we begin our campaign - and this week has been a challenge for all but i urge everyone to remain calm and support spain in an orderly fashion. in this way there will be no further unpleasantness at national or local level, and heavy-handedness will not be deemed necessary as everyone smiles and enjoys a successful world cup. that is my view, signed fernando hierro.
also speaking as hierro i recall as a young player growing up in malaga where i was told to prevent goals, that is what we hope to do tonight against our great rivals of portugal, yes they have cristiano ronaldo, however we will have 10 men plus the goalkeeper - also a man. the identity of these men will be discovered on the pitch. but also in football and life we must always create many goals.
the methods of the future are not unknown to us - yes in fact this is a team which we have chosen from several electronic databases of these players which are kept on very special computers. we hope to give our friends in portugal many questions which are unanswered. our tactics will be decided in a meeting we attend with paper folders but one way or not we will play for the duration of the match and always the main tactic will be in our hearts alone.
to the fans i would like to say simply this - i threaten you to enjoy this world cup - what is certain is that spain.
now let us as a nation move in a careful manner towards the exit of the groups.
regards,
fernando hierro

Typical Lawro bullshit, starts his prediction for this game with "it is going to be hard for Egypt to get out of this group" whereas yesterday was all "two worst teams at the tournament" and even "look, they only beat KSA."
