Could anyone figure out what he said during (indecipherable mumbling)? It may be the key to this entire mystery, but I couldn't figure it out.

Given the context, you'd think he was saying "she'll hear me", or "she heard me", since he was acting like a loony for the previous 4 minutes and then he goes into "this my last blag" mode directly afterward. But nope, it sounds like he's saying "she'll help me".
