Ali Akbar Khan is sick.

Second half in particular is a mindblower. I have a few Ali Akbar albums but none sound like this, with him almost sorta trading off in places with Dhyanesh. Anyone know of any recordings that sound like this? I've been playing this clip all day.

Also, does anyone have any info on the quality of that 9-disc series released by All India Radio around 2001?
