If they put Montero on waivers, would anyone else want him? Same with Robles. Kind of feel the Mets should risk it, it seems like every other pitcher in the running has been better/more auspicious than them this spring.

wouldn't really call that a 'risk'. he's 27 and terrible and there's nothing to be gained by wasting a 25-man roster spot on him in the hopes that he someday figures it out
