Forgot how to maintain face-to-face relationships.

“leaving” a website is a strange concept since people really just go to other websites, and coming back is just really “hey i’ll type that url again”

I don't think people really do leave ILX here for good, they are locked in the servers like the end of "San Junipero"

I don't hate ILM. I am simply a bad fit for the culture there, so I avoid it. Near as I can tell, the incidence of clusterfucks is similar between ILM and ILE, so it isn't as if one is a snake pit and not the other.

I learned about google on my first professional job, which lasted from 2000 to late 2003. I feel fairly certain I encountered ILX during that time as well, but it seems too early given my posting history.
