the new Nipsey Hussle is great

def feels like it fills the gap left by The Game falling off, but maybe less goofy and so referential as the Game

Struggled through the first few tracks of the Nipsey, will give it another shot. Feels very "major label debut," and not in a good way

cant find production credits for Victory Lap. the bass is crazy deep throughout.

yeah i really dig it a lot, i guess i feel the opposite of voodoo feels like a "major label debut" in a good way (to me at least)

doesnt feel like a departure from what he's done in the past, maybe a couple more random features but overall fits nicely into his catalog while improving on it a bit.

he's a v good rapper imo

he's been knocked for having only one flow but i think he expands it a bit on here. think he goes double time on a few verses on this. always had great presence in his voice tho.

blue laces 2 is hella luxurious sounding, nice details in the beat. first verse is great.
