I've got a friend living in an Oxford House (which is a sober/halfway house) and they have two boxes of intranasal naloxone on the kitchen counter. every resident of the house receives instruction on how to administer.

It's imperative to get this into the hands of every addict and friends if addicts. Unthinkable how many lives could and should have been saved just in the past few years.
