thats a high bar tbf
anyone check out Future's Superfly soundtrack? im digging the high-def production, even if the songs aren't as memorable as usual. the Zaytoven collab "Walk on Minks" knocks though.

It's his best album since... 2015, perhaps?

I've only listened to the shorter version though. I understand there's a longer one out now that has replaced the first one.

future x metro album is pretty good. "like that" is getting the buzz, "type shit" has travis and carti, but my fav is "fried," which has some residual pluto (meaning his major label debut album) energy

part 2 out today, again pretty solid front-to-back. it's not hndrxx, but the main part of the album doess lean more into future's warbling melodic side (really love "mile high memories," "drink n dance" and "beat it," all not coincidentally co-written by bobby raps). the final 5-6 songs is separated into a 2nd disc, and is a conscious attempt to recreate the vibes of monster. and it mostly works!
