i'm imagining it has to be the divorced person's idea, because hopefully none of these photographers have participated in multiple divorce selfie shoots (or have they(?!?!)) so they're probably just muddling through

My very christian cousin in law does excellent pro photography and Im sure has done weddings... I wonder what she'd say/do if she was asked to do this shit haha.

I've had two mostly amicable breakups (pre-"selfie" terminology) where we took a last photo together. The first half-dozen or so of these are deceptively fine, and I have no problem with the general concept. After that it gets horrible and that's why pplains is so amazing.
