I need that ankle ligament tightening surgery! I think the whole thing is hanging together by a few threads. I hoop 5 hrs/week and have only re-injured an ankle once past 10 yrs...while hiking.

it's been good, haven't rolled it since the surgery. i do wear double ankle braces now, tho. Took about a 18 months to really loosen up to a point that it didnt feel overly tight. the last time i sprained it b4 the surgery I was... golfing, walking back from the tee box to the cart stepped on a golf ball sized pine cone.
