The Russian press / 'public intellectual' sphere has apparently been taking a deeper interest in rap recently due to an hour-long (and not particularly watchable) face-off between Oxxxymiron, who is an established and highly acclaimed star, and Slava KPSS, a bratty viral internet rapper.
