Thanks for reminding me of YET ANOTHER THREAD I need my name taken out of.

Why won't this thread die? I have nightmares about it.

Mandee, Tuesday, 7 May 2002 00:00 (twenty-one years ago) link

Well my two cents is that if male pubic hair is just out of control and gross, then it's thoughtful to give it a little trim now and then. But overdoing it and causing visible irritation is a huge turn off too!

And of course, if you've got a few "critters" down there, then shaving is the only sensible thing to do!

Mandee - just like pubic hair, it always comes back. Dying pubic hair, has anyone ever done it?

God, I thought you were comparing the lovely Mandee to pubic hair then! I was about to stand up for her honour. Mandee, we miss you!

I love a baldy sack. I think men that shave are better in bed than men that don't shave. It makes me sooooo wet.

Matt, Wednesday, 22 May 2002 00:00 (twenty-one years ago) link

I braid mine. Also found of putting scrunchies in it to make a little pony tail.

I'm getting images of pubic dreadlocks. *shudder*

I've never been with a guy who shaved or trimmed his naughty bits. In the abstract I think I would like it for the oral reasons mentioned above. However, it's on the long list of things that intrigue me but I'm not actively seeking out.

Shaving pubic hair is thoughtful, but having a young chick from a salon wax the balls is much more fun and the wax feels really great on the balls and around the butt hole. Shop around the waxing salons. There are cute girls out there that will do it for you. If they don't wax the chest, don't bother to ask any further. If they wax the chest, then ask if they wax the full bikini or brazilian for men. The brazilian includes both front and back. The cost in California is forty dollars for the full bikini and seventy dollars for the brazilian. The full bikini takes approx. one hour and the brazilian one and a half hours. Have fun. I do.

I shave my pubic hair, all of it. Why? Well, basic reason is I prefer it. Sod anyone else, I don't really care what they think, I'll do what I like to myself. I think it looks better and feels much nicer. There is nothing better than feeling that you're smooth down there instead of coated in that horrible rough hair. As for trimming, blah. Personal preference there I suppose, just like how short you get your hair cut (I go skinhead, there's probably a pattern in here). But as far as how it feels is concerned, I reckon untouched and trimmed are far too similar for my liking. No thank you. My opinion is that pubic hair is just horrible.

And I'd ask any girlfriend of mine to shave too if she didn't already, it's much nicer. Shaved pussy... fantastic. Can only be topped by a shaved pussy with plenty of piercings.

Now I'm horny. I'm off to wrap up my nice smooth pireced cock with cling film.

Greg, Saturday, 8 June 2002 00:00 (twenty-one years ago) link

yum, cling film

I have just started shaving mine. I like the feeling it gives me. THe scratching is bad, but I've read baby oil and talcum powder can help.

My girl doesn't seem to care one way or another. She used to shave, but to be honest it was only cool the first night. After that stubble city.

I only wish there was a way to do it without worrying about the grow back affect quite so soon.

what about Nad's no heat hair removal cream. Green goo! I saw the telly commercial in which they used it to take off a guy's ear hair, and some of a woman's eyebrows - I wondered why it isn't marketed to men for facial hair removal since it seems to be comparatively gentle, and of course much longer lasting than shaving. If I did or wanted to do any hair removal I would buy this stuff.

Well Ive read this post and started to "trim up" when I heard a bit of chirping coming from my genitals. I thought, "oh goodness, my genitals are chirping!" But to my surprise it was a baby bird and a nest that had been made in my crotch hairs. I should have trimme dup before my crotch became a nest!

Will, Thursday, 4 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-one years ago) link

You think that the itching from shaving is aggravating? Hell then you should try the annoyance of the fluttering of baby birds wings in your privates. Trim up guys! You don't want to have to take care of tiny birds in your crotch!

Will, Thursday, 4 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-one years ago) link

I don't understand the itching - I have no problem.

Try using shave cream & moisturizer - my gal dig's it!

, Sunday, 14 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-one years ago) link

I just wanted to put in that guys that shave/trim are either insecure and/or thoughful. It depends on the guy and the relationship/or the reasons for doing it. I mean, I like the idea of having a guy that doesn't have a forest and that wouldn't mind the idea of trimming it down, or even going bare, especially if the guy expects the girl to do the bare look. It is only fair... if the guy wants the girl to do something like that, (as I have read, make us itch) then he better be willing to do the same. It is all about compromise and trying to make something work... why else would you do something unless it was to make someone else happy??? My answer is that is doesn't make or break a guy's potential just based on what he decides to do with his hair... we simply are not that shallow of people.

Janet Channing, Friday, 19 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-one years ago) link

Wow... a post that actually has to do with the original question. Haven't seen one of those in ages!

I'm a guy, and I'm all for trimming. It's fun, the ladies (or at least my lady) love it, and it just seems all around better than going the 'eau de natural' route. I mean hey, if both sexes can spend hours upon hours preening over the hair on their heads... why not do the same downstairs? The one thing I've always been curious about (and, coincidentally, what led me to stumble upon this site) is if any guys "style" it at all; not braiding or breaking out the picking comb... but trimming or shaving any sort of design or style into it. Again, we're not talking about curly-Q's and the like, just something different than the standard triangle. Thoughts? Comments?

Michael Bolton, Friday, 19 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-one years ago) link
