Yeah, first impressions on the new Supro (Westbury fyi) are hugely positive. It feels amazing, there's a satin treatment on the playing surface of the neck that's as smooth as anything I've ever had in the shop.

the supro westbury is gorgeous - how does it sound jjj? i might be in the market for a new guitar soon and i'm after something off the fender / gibson track so these have def caught my eye, although i suspect they might be pretty expensive over here in the uk

Oh man, the Alexander Pedals Sky Fi sounds amazing.

I love the sound of the Westbury - the semimicrophonic pickups are just huge and open, pleasingly flat across frequencies.

i like the vibrato-y sounds from that Space Spiral pedal, that would be useful w/synths.

i've been looking at the few supro westbury videos available on line so far and yeah i think i might be a little bit in love - they def sound at least as good as they look

(altho wtf at premier guitar's 18-minute first look at the westbury, apparently shot on an several-generations-old phone camera with sound like a bee trapped in a jam jar)

yeah, it's wild - those pickups are just remarkable, kinda telecaster-y but def very much their own thing, and they sound so good with distortion and overdrive. and that satin neck is so nice!
