Who's not playing along in the Wilburys?

I see two alternative options:

* The guy on the lower right refused to wear a white shirt.
* The guy on the upper right didn't want to dye his hair black.

Though TBH it looks like the middle guy and the guy on the upper left are the only ones who're really playing along: they look pretty much identical, right down to the hairstyle and beard. The left guy's shades are the only distinguishing feature.
