ok so this podcast is an interview with a guy about his interview with LPC. this documentary style has been bothering me for a while (and this is probably an entirely different thread), but what's the deal with narrators and reporters injecting themselves into the narrative? "so not gonna happen" podcast becomes about the narrator's journey to find the truth about wayne. in the vivian maier doc, why exactly am i watching the narrator going through airport security to board a plane bound for a place where she spent some time?

First 13 minutes or so are one call and it's fucking extraordinary. Like I get the feeling at times the guy is fucking with LPC but I'm never quite sure.
