re: defense, in the past few days i've heard/read scouting comments to the effect of average-at-best line, middling secondary, and yet they just methodically make good plays

i guess you can question the depth of the secondary but the starting unit is great, even if chung is an occasional liability. line is good and also deep.

i'm thinking the problem is that they run such an unglamorous scheme it's hard to tell that it's working until you see the w-l record

well it is definitely a scheme that does not always show the individual players in the best possible light. haven't seen as much of those super soft zones tonight at least
