dude the FM Knives broke up? fuuuuck. They are one of the bands I want(ed) to see live. How verifiable is this? They are(were) super awesome. I see them as being, if such a thing is possible, an entirely modern update of the Buzzcocks/Boys/Undertones sort of sound, versus a band like the Exploding Hearts, for example, who I also really like but who are (were) frankly more throwback/retro in their stylistic execution.

the A Frames' 'Neutron Bomb' 7" is awesome, have been kinda on the fence about the other stuff I've heard from them.

well w00dh0use is a friend/good acquaintance and when i last heard from him (this spring, i guess), he said it was pretty much over. he has said that before, tho.
