Brewster would easily be able to contest the will on the grounds that the qualifying covenant was unreasonable. Hoever said legal action could take a few years (looka t the Grouch Marx will trial) and would rack up a fair amount in legal bills. Who stood to get the money if Brewster didn't gurn and caper foolishly for an hour and a half? If they were not willing to contest it then it probably would be relatively simple. (Non disclousre clauses on actions are particularly difficult to back up).
