i think it's more popularly associated with 70s punks and middle american tool fans. there are monthly stories about coricidin and how bad it is and how kids are taking it.

the lower plateaus of the dxm high are one of the most pleasant experiences i've ever encountered. i enjoyed it until it started leaving me with bad three day hangovers that made it feel like i had no short term memory. it's hard to explain. i miss it and would really recommend it, if you are interested in that sort of thing.

screw was drinking something way different than lester was drinking. lean is codeine-promethazine or some mixture like that, an opiate thing. dextromethorphan isn't like that.

For the record, there are roughly 273 ILx threads with "Lester Bangs" and only eight with "Lester Bangs Cough Syrup," this one included.

it makes you feel scared that you're going to feel like that forever and it doesn't just pop away with a good night's sleep, it slowly fades over a couple days. it sucks.

did you know that stephen king drank romilar??

When I saw the title of this thread, I thought "Hasil Adkins"... Thought maybe that's just what "one" might prefer to listen to when "one" has had a little too much cough syrup.

I am genuinely shocked and impressed by the Robitussin line.
