Not really, he didn't do Arkham Origins but that was separate dev team, he's in all the Rocksteady games.

I thought they lost Mark Hamill because he just quit being the Joker in toto, but that's him in Arkham Knight (and lots since).

Hamill must be a genuinely daunting act to follow. I'm not into many voice actors but his Joker is incredible. Would be funny if the next Joker was more like the really old Batman cartoons. Maybe Hamill's Joker will be one of these voices that everyone after does their best copy of.

That's basically what Troy Baker did for Arkham Origins, he did a decent job. But yeah, most of them just can't compare.There was one really bad one I remember, that Rasta Joker from a short-lived animated series about ten years ago.
