Either I did something wrong or LastFM is completely screwed up. I guess it doesn't matter because it only seems to update my currently playing list about once a year.

Yeah, it's buggy for all I think. I make it a point to not play anything not tagged well, but it still seems to stop recording at random.

Sometimes if I check it a day or two later, a large stockpile of played songs will suddenly show up tough.

17.84% apparently. Putting on the Beatles back catalogue and then falling asleep for 16 hours probably skewed the results somewhat (I only like about 3 Beatles songs and seldom listen to them).
