Harris finally opened his goal-scoring account for Forest on 2 September 2006, after 21 months of waiting in a 4–0 victory against Chesterfield.[5] It was a cutely struck volley from a few yards out. He and his team mates' joy was clear to see in his celebration, as he ran towards the corner of the stadium and did not look as though he would stop, until his team mates caught up. In the post match report, he admitted he was finally enjoying life at Nottingham Forest.

Muriel stated that his comparison to Brazilian legend Ronaldo by his playing style, is likely because he was a main supporter of Ronaldo during his time in Inter Milan.[24] Muriel went on to say that he supported Inter Milan because Ronaldo was playing for them at the time.[25] Coincidentally, Muriel also stated that he also suffers weight issues (like Ronaldo during his time) and had to lose five kilos at one point.[26][27] This meant that he had to be consistent with fitness, which explained his similar style to the Brazilian legend and high quality in terms of athletic stature.[24][28][29]

Carlos Campos was a player for the Universidad de Chile. Campos went by the nickname "The Tank" for his lack of sensation when scoring. He was best known for heading the ball, and famous for keeping his cool when going one-on-one against the goalkeeper.

Shortly after leaving Marseille, Berizzo spoke out against alleged homosexuality in France:
"A bunch of faggots is what you have in French football. There are so many homosexual players there, they always provoke you, they touch your thighs, your bum, to see if you will give some kind of signal. I feel disgusted when a homosexual shares the same shower and stares at one's bum with desire, and even gets emotional when you are naked."
— Berizzo quoted in a Daily Telegraph Article.[9]

On 3 March 2010 he made his debut for Australia in a 1–0 win over Indonesia in the final 2011 Asian Cup Qualifier.[19][20][21] His performance in this match led to fallacious comparisons to Harry Kewell and the potential for Oar to succeed the Australian great.[22][23][24][25]

In May 2013, Alonso signed for Italian side ACF Fiorentina on a three-year deal, despite being offered a new contract by Bolton manager Dougie Freedman.[11] On 30 December, after the player had made nine official appearances, Sunderland boss Gus Poyet announced that he would join on 1 January 2014, on loan until the end of the campaign.[12] During his time at Fiorentina, it became clear that Alonso was a murderer and should be locked up. How many more ref.
