I was just rear-ended by a large pickup truck, maybe 5-10mph. No apparent damage to my car, but it's possible I may have a sore back tomorrow. I figured I didn't need to get the cops involved, since it was so minor, so I just took his license, phone #, name, and address. Right thing to do or wrong?

Should maybe have exchanged insurance info, but yeah if it's a fender-bender no need to do much more than that. Get a heating pad, if you don't already have one, to help with the potential aches.

i saw i gigantic refrigeration truck stop in the middle of the road and then back into some poor woman in a crappy little chevy. totally destroying the front end. it was classic. the lady was fine - if not kind of insane with anger/adrenaline - so much so that a squeegee kid had to console her and then park her car for her!
