^ Just went the whole morning substituting "pajamas" for "depression" in songs.

I'm goin' where, there's no pajamas. In a better land, that's free from sin.

And I'm dealing with someone's pajamas. And I don't want to deal with someone's pajamas.

Pajamas got a hold of me. Pajamas, I gotta break free.

etc.

When everyone in my family has opened their Christmas gifts from me this year and they're giving me puzzled looks once they start to realize that the seemingly-random gifts all begin with the letter 'k', I'll play the Kay Jewelers jingle I have cued up on my phone. And their loathing will be justified.

This is the last series of the UK version of The Voice to be shown on BBC1. So I had an idea for when it gets shuttled over to ITV2: instead of blind auditions, have deaf auditions. The judges face the auditionees throughout the auditions, but they're wearing noise cancelling headphones so they can't hear them. Once a judge presses their button, the noise cancelling on their particular headphones is turned off, so they can finally hear the act they've chosen. Great potential for reaction shots as the judge realises that they've picked a tone deaf shrieker who just looks like a pop star.

Just remembered my (least) favourite terrible idea...

A spoof of the movie 'Scream' called 'Hot Drinks'. In the opening scene we see the young, blonde housesitter at home with the curtains open looking out onto the darkened lawn outside. The phone rings:
Housesitter: Hello?
Phone Voice: Why don't you wanna talk to me?
Housesitter: Who is this?
Phone Voice: You tell me your name, I'll tell you mine.
Housesitter: I don't think so.
Phone Voice: What's that noise?
Housesitter: The kettle
Phone Voice: You're making a hot drink?
Housesitter: Uh huh.
Phone Voice: Really, what?
Housesitter: Oh, just a hot drink.
Phone Voice: Do you like hot drinks?
Housesitter: Uh huh.
Phone Voice: What's your favourite hot drink?
Housesitter: I dunno.
Phone Voice: You have to have a favourite, what comes to mind?
etc...

Haha.

Housesitter: Fine! I don't know! Hot cider?
Phone Voice: "Hot" cider? Why not just say "cider"?
Housesitter: Because it ... can also be served cold?
Phone Voice: So would you have also said "hot coffee"?
Housesitter: No! That's ridiculous!
Phone Voice: But coffee can also be served iced.
Housesitter: WHO IS THIS? WHERE ARE YOU?

So I had this idea for a horror movie, where the premise is that you use this app called "horrify" to take a selfie in the mirror, and then when you post the pic to social media, it superimposes this freaky masked serial killer behind you in the mirror. The catch is, once you post the pic, the killer actually comes for you. Later it turns out the app gives the killer your location data, and that's how he finds you. The only problem is that, for realism, once the app goes viral, the murderer would probably have to kill thousands, tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of people within the span of days. Maybe he could have an entire army of killers. Maybe it could be like uber for serial killers, billboard ads announcing "make up to $2000/week stabbing for horrify."

lol that is a great idea, i am imagining a pretty shitty movie for sure like a direct to video thing or something shitty that you scroll past while browsing free-on-demand streaming. i used to work in a used record store and we sold some used dvds too and i remember something called like "fear.com" or something that was super corny like you go to this website and see someone being murdered and then you get murdered
