Not going to lie, I will happily sing my heart out to this song if it comes on the radio and I'm alone with no witnesses.

there was a day about two weeks ago when it came on at the coffee shop, and me and the baristas and several other customers kind of had a five-minute moment, feeling the slow slow burn and buildup. the entirety of the song from start to finish was stuck in my head for about thirty-six hours thereafter.

The narrator is a hospital custodian that has to clean up the placentas, death messes, etc. Guy is exhausted on break, and the placentas and shits are piling up on the beds and floors. He can fEEEeel ihhhiiiiit, and that's why the song sounds so angry.
