I don't want to go into specifics because it involves the life and reputation of someone who is no longer here to speak for themselves, and I don't feel any need to explain to TWU why I thought he acted so appallingly, or why his continued presence here (despite frequent 'promises' that he would no longer post here) is like salt on a wound. But as imago suggested, I'm not someone who really 'beefs' with other ppl here, and I regret this particular outburst. Beefing is horrible, and I hope it'll be another fifteen years before I succumb again. End of.

i really like this beef bc it seems so personal and raw and yet i know nothing about it and [ok i know this is terrible to say but it's true] i don't recognize either of the posters involved. i mean obv i've seen their DNs but i don't really know who they are or what they're about so it's like opening up a new world of festering anger to me.

in general there are so many posters whose DNs i certainly recognize but can't name any specific thing about them (and i'm sure that i'm in that same category for other posters)

The only thing personal about it to me is that Ward is accusing me of doing something terrible (he won't say what) to someone now dead (he won't say who and sadly we have lost a few posters) and that I know what I did (I do not) and that I will be hounded on ILX until I leave because of it. That is, in the immortal words of Socrates, some fucked up sick shit.

If it leads to the death of this ugly thread, though, some good would come of this madness.
