Criterion "Special Features": s/d

Short Cuts is one of the few that I actually own, so that's always given me a reason to put off delving into the features. I've heard his Player commentary and yeah, he's actually worth listening to for 2-3 hours.

Will have to spend some time with the Belle de Jour disc on my next re-watch, if I can find it. Have only ever seen it on TCM.

I forget which has Don Luis himself mixing a Bunueloni.

there's a TV hour (South Bank Show) on the French Lt's Woman set that's 'better' than the film. (Irons, Streep contemporary interviews good too)

Agreed that Altman's commentaries were consistently among the best I've heard.

what's the doc where Jean-Claude Carrière and Luis' son go visiting every city he ever lived in? That was great.
