Roberto Spiralli, Wednesday, 30 September 2015 18:12 (eight years ago) link

whoa

Spottie, Wednesday, 30 September 2015 21:46 (eight years ago) link

this is old but how did I miss this during the offseason

http://www.si.com/extra-mustard/2015/08/10/ravens-brandon-williams-dance-video

seriously, THIS GUY (daria-g), Thursday, 1 October 2015 04:12 (eight years ago) link

"mike" vick is not very good.

ravens also seem not very good, it will be a shame if they come back to win this as looks likely.

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 02:55 (eight years ago) link

Vick in his prime was so fun to watch

Spottie, Friday, 2 October 2015 02:57 (eight years ago) link

the worst play in nfl history might have been the qb sneak joe flacco just tried to run

call all destroyer, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:00 (eight years ago) link

could be. ravens declining to win

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:01 (eight years ago) link

steelers should've ridden bell all half

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:02 (eight years ago) link

credit where it's due, that BAL fake punt had a beautiful design but one missed block sunk it

call all destroyer, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:05 (eight years ago) link

without that great tackle it was probably going for 6

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:07 (eight years ago) link

omg 'field goal target line'. i haven't seen that before. that is the shittiest graphic i have seen on sports coverage for about 20 years

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:09 (eight years ago) link

omg pls don't tie this game

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:20 (eight years ago) link

josh scobee

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:21 (eight years ago) link

i remember when josh scobee was about all that passed for a bright spot in jacksonville

call all destroyer, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:25 (eight years ago) link

torn between wanting to go to bed and wanting this to be a tie

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:28 (eight years ago) link

I took total under 44 points, this is a legit sweat right here (FU Scobee)

frogbs, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:31 (eight years ago) link

lol. what a parade of shit 4th down plays this game has been

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:33 (eight years ago) link

so much of pburgh's offense has been vick trying to pass to dhb, it is easy to forget that have some actual players.

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:39 (eight years ago) link

tomlin's coaching in this game has been kinda horrifying

J0rdan S., Friday, 2 October 2015 03:39 (eight years ago) link

wtf is this thing with vick pirouetting

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:40 (eight years ago) link

honestly scobee can't be this bad

J0rdan S., Friday, 2 October 2015 03:41 (eight years ago) link

this is malpractice

J0rdan S., Friday, 2 October 2015 03:42 (eight years ago) link

holy fucking christ

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:42 (eight years ago) link

it's not like scobee was shanking kicks, just let him do it

J0rdan S., Friday, 2 October 2015 03:43 (eight years ago) link

idk those were some of the worst hit kicks i have seen for some time, wobbly and veering.

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:45 (eight years ago) link

is the national media finally going to catch on to how bad tomlin is?

call all destroyer, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:45 (eight years ago) link

the play call/design on those 4th down plays was so terrible. let bell make a play ffs

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:46 (eight years ago) link

i'm blaming todd haley

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:46 (eight years ago) link

he missed the second kick by like 6 inches

J0rdan S., Friday, 2 October 2015 03:47 (eight years ago) link

there's blame enough for both. vick has played better than i thought but these 4th down plays have asked way too much of him.

tomlin is a shitty in-game coach and has been for years.

call all destroyer, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:48 (eight years ago) link

probably every kicker in the NFL has like a 60% chance at worst of making a 45 yard field goal

that being said the playcalls on those 4th downs were horrific

J0rdan S., Friday, 2 October 2015 03:48 (eight years ago) link

tucker is so good

J0rdan S., Friday, 2 October 2015 03:48 (eight years ago) link

aw, i really wanted the ravens to be 0-4 and also wanted my boss to be happy tomorrow. i get neither.

call all destroyer, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:49 (eight years ago) link

this ravens team is boring as hell but i want steve smith's final year to be relevant

J0rdan S., Friday, 2 October 2015 03:50 (eight years ago) link

was excited about the 0-4 but overall there is still a lol to be had i guess

ravens are straight bad, this looks like a 7-9 team even with breaks like this

Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 2 October 2015 03:51 (eight years ago) link

NYT 4th Down Bot ‏@NYT4thDownBot 10m10 minutes ago
I give an average kicker a 72 percent chance of making this. For the Steelers tonight, it's 74.

4th down bot fuckin tomlin up

J0rdan S., Friday, 2 October 2015 03:52 (eight years ago) link

Why all this drama between Smith and Mitchell? Mitchell wasn't even the one that hit him.

Spottie, Friday, 2 October 2015 06:34 (eight years ago) link

my Fins showing all of the signs of a team that is packing it in

Hammer Smashed Bagels, Sunday, 4 October 2015 13:52 (eight years ago) link

the dolphins are at least great theatre right now

J0rdan S., Sunday, 4 October 2015 14:23 (eight years ago) link

this is fucking MacBeth

Hammer Smashed Bagels, Sunday, 4 October 2015 14:34 (eight years ago) link

back to back Jets P.I.

maybe I'll covert to Judaism

Hammer Smashed Bagels, Sunday, 4 October 2015 14:40 (eight years ago) link

all PI offense pretty inspired. gotta say when tannehill launched the td throw off his back foot high in the air it looked like another disaster but fortunately the whole jets defense was on the other side of the field

Roberto Spiralli, Sunday, 4 October 2015 14:43 (eight years ago) link

also, miami are going to get at least one score off of fitz. trying to talk myself into this...

Roberto Spiralli, Sunday, 4 October 2015 14:43 (eight years ago) link

idk if they will turn this over because they basically never change a spot of the ball call but that was a 1st down imo

Roberto Spiralli, Sunday, 4 October 2015 14:56 (eight years ago) link

my Fin fan friends blaming Suh the loudest.

yes. it's SUH that is the problem. not the ENTIRE FUCKING TEAM AND COACHING STAFF.

like...Cameron WAke's injury must have fucked him badly as he's done nothing this year at all. the whole d-line is just a sea of goo.

Hammer Smashed Bagels, Sunday, 4 October 2015 14:58 (eight years ago) link

there it is. wow

Roberto Spiralli, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:09 (eight years ago) link

brutal

Roberto Spiralli, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:16 (eight years ago) link

what happened, cant be effed to watch

Flamenco Drop (VegemiteGrrl), Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:16 (eight years ago) link

calvin johnson looks terrible in general but that was ridiculous

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:17 (eight years ago) link

xp lions fought their way back in and calvin johnson fumbled possible game winning td about 2 inches short of the line

Roberto Spiralli, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:17 (eight years ago) link

well that was all very detroit

Roberto Spiralli, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:19 (eight years ago) link

:'-(

you too could be called a 'Star' by the Compliance Unit (jim in glasgow), Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:21 (eight years ago) link

I'm up by 5 in fantasy and my opponent only had Megatron left so I'm pretty happy about this at least

frogbs, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:21 (eight years ago) link

wow nice save for you

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:22 (eight years ago) link

but seriously what is wrong with calvin johnson

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:22 (eight years ago) link

what if the seahawks aren't good

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:22 (eight years ago) link

calvin's a big dude if he loses a step i could see him going from dominating to kinda eh pretty quickly

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:23 (eight years ago) link

what if the seahawks aren't good

― J0rdan S., Monday, October 5, 2015 11:22 PM (1 minute ago) Bookmark Flag Post Permalink

they're not

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:24 (eight years ago) link

almost losing at home to a winless lions team coached by jim caldwell takes a bit of luster off the home field advantage

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:25 (eight years ago) link

can't decide if seahawks are going to pull it all together and canter thru the playoffs like nbd or if they have actually already lost too many players and too much depth.

Roberto Spiralli, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:26 (eight years ago) link

took 2 catastrophic fumbles in consecutive drives to move lions off 3pts in this game tbf

Roberto Spiralli, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:27 (eight years ago) link

wilson does like to drop the ball

Roberto Spiralli, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:28 (eight years ago) link

the seahawks playoff chances are entirely dependent on where they're playing.

if they have to go on the road in the nfc they're in trouble.

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:29 (eight years ago) link

yeah homefield is really important for them, if they have to go to green bay or atlanta or arizona i don't like their chances

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:35 (eight years ago) link

Lions and Browns both perfectly summed up their franchises this weekend

frogbs, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:45 (eight years ago) link

wait...each others franchises. if you really think about it

frogbs, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:46 (eight years ago) link

they're going to try to stir up an illegal batting controversy on that fumble i guess

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:48 (eight years ago) link

ok NOW it's the perfect Lions loss

frogbs, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 03:49 (eight years ago) link

so the nfl is coming out right now and saying straight up this was a blown call.

why is this play even illegal?

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 04:03 (eight years ago) link

this has been RT'd by everyone but def worth repeating here:

Curtis Crabtree
‏@Curtis_Crabtree
Michael Bennett: "I don't like Matt Stafford much. He's from Dallas. They killed the President (JFK). ... I hold it against him."

Roberto Spiralli, Tuesday, 6 October 2015 11:50 (eight years ago) link

batting rule seems vaguely familiar, feel like it has come up before, but regardless of whether it is necessary that was a major fuck up by the officials. detroit player closest to wright knows immediately so fair play to that guy for being the one heads up dude in the stadium. it's incomprehensible that they could get something so straightforward wrong and so badly affect the outcome of the game in favour of the seahawks.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWRG5cACzl8

most importantly though that would've been amazing entertainment so unlike some famous, high-profile cheating scandals e.g. fake crowd noise, this time we all lose out.
