Translating Woody Allen in a recent Danish interview:
"We're seeing digital versions, also of the old movies. There are no real films. Everything shown is copies."

I know there are a lot of cinematographers out there who've suggested there's no turning back since film can no longer be developed proper.

I love seeing film, and I think digital tends to have a dull look, sadly there's almost nowhere I can see film anymore. Went to 5 different cinemas in Paris some years back, only 1 projected film.
