Cool! I've listened to a couple eps of that podcast and Joe Wong is a drip, but Sheila E is worth diving back in.

his line of questioning was really lame in the beginning (and periodically afterwards, i've listened to every episode i think) and i was worried about this episode but it's way way way better and he actually talks about drumming her description of how her dad's west coast style is different from trad latin drumming was really interesting and her description of a day in the life hanging out with My Friend Prince warmed my heart. i really enjoyed it. she has been through it all and is an inspiration.
