Advise on pressing your own vinyl

I am interested in this too, but from a UK POV.

Anyone here ever use https://vinyl.express ? If so, were the results good?

I'm thinking about helping a musician friend put out some limited edition vinyl of his recordings, which right now are mainly only digitally available. He has a decent sized and dedicated following -- people who pay for his patreon and little one-off items he puts out and such -- so there's a built in audience for it and I don't think it would be hard to sell out a limited number of copies and a good price. Wondering about the most economical and/or highest quality options, whether there's a number of pressings at which there's a real economic advantage (vs say 100) etc.

for limited press runs I'd suggest mobineko or solid merch, they allow for quick turnaround 200-250 small runs but you're going to want to do premium pricing or just understand that you're not going to make a ton of money off it

to clarify I meant to say 200-250 and below, I think the minimum might be 50.

Yeah I'm looking at something we can do premium pricing on, the guy's audience will likely go for that. Not necessarily expecting huge profit either, partially just want it to be out there on nice vinyl.

daydreamrecordsofficial is I believe a one-man operation that does small pressings of ridiculous-color reissues (mostly), he might have some advice?
