pelis made win-now moves and kinda look bad rn plus Monty williams, OKC has kinda been poorly run and coached for years but are bailed out by their absurd talent + made a few good recent moves to make presti look good. it's kind of a toss up

its tuff to say okc had prob the all time great run in the draft but on the other hand they traded james harden, pelis are just like a normal boring poorly run team
