They were locked because HOOS started the first one on 1p3 and everyone else followed suit. An 1p3 mod didn't like them on that board and locked all the threads. I could unlock and move them.

Actually nevermind. I totally forgot about the madness that ensues when I move threads. Maybe it's better to just look back in time and appreciate them for what they were (total genius).
