Needs to cut his back neck hair

Steph def def (Spottie), Tuesday, 24 March 2015 01:24 (nine years ago) link

nice sequence from the c's there, everyone pitching in

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 01:25 (nine years ago) link

celtics have a slightly easier schedule than pacers or hornets seem to over the last 10 or so games

slothroprhymes, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 01:47 (nine years ago) link

is brother brad a stealth COTY candidate if he gets this group of miscreants into the playoffs? I mean no one's really a significant threat to kerr or budenholzer but still

slothroprhymes, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 01:51 (nine years ago) link

he doesn't have a chance but it sure is interesting how everyone who gets traded to the celtics suddenly looks like a reasonable nba player.

call all destroyer, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 01:54 (nine years ago) link

brad is good

lag∞n, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 02:05 (nine years ago) link

For such a big guy, gobert is amazing at rebounding outside of his box out. Barring injury it looks like they have a franchise center.

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 03:11 (nine years ago) link

Matt Harpring cannot pronounce the name "Lavine"

Jazz defense not the same without Gordo

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 03:29 (nine years ago) link

Trey Burke 3-19 from the field whoa

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 03:34 (nine years ago) link

they are, ah, not a good offensive team, I have heard tell of this failing of theirs

slothroprhymes, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 03:40 (nine years ago) link

Trey has to be having some kind of historically bad season

Steph def def (Spottie), Tuesday, 24 March 2015 03:42 (nine years ago) link

Feel like he shoots 3-19 every night

Steph def def (Spottie), Tuesday, 24 March 2015 03:42 (nine years ago) link

It's pretty crazy how Mirotic has been so good without really shooting that well

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 04:06 (nine years ago) link

God the warriors are so good...

Matt Armstrong, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 04:09 (nine years ago) link

they are putting on a show

Clay, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 04:15 (nine years ago) link

i have a dream: get tickets directly behind the bench, research the teams plays, every timeout at the top of my lungs yell out incredibly specific play suggestions

Wiz made one fg in the 3rd q

Steph def def (Spottie), Tuesday, 24 March 2015 06:20 (nine years ago) link

man, the wiz just decomposed and rotted in what seems like a fairly short time, like 2 months or less? the east is so weak that their seeding prob won't fall but daaaaamn

slothroprhymes, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 13:06 (nine years ago) link

their coach gotta go this offseason

slothroprhymes, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 13:06 (nine years ago) link

wittmans bad

lag∞n, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 14:26 (nine years ago) link

They caught the based god pacers's second half curse this year I guess

Wittman is terrible he's really holding them back

we just form a f#!king wall (agent hibachi), Tuesday, 24 March 2015 15:55 (nine years ago) link

haberstroh was on the BS report and said something about d'antoni maybe being a good fit for the wiz, not sure if i'd agree given that only wall and beal would be best suited for his hyperspeed run-and-gun style

are... are you saying you fucked a gazelle? (slothroprhymes), Tuesday, 24 March 2015 17:36 (nine years ago) link

when they get kd tho

lag∞n, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 17:42 (nine years ago) link

What do you guys think of Beal

polyphonic, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 17:47 (nine years ago) link

seems dece cld see him making a couple allstar games

lag∞n, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 17:48 (nine years ago) link

xp if OKC doesn't ruin his foot

segue from that - if they got a title next year for KD's last hurrah (which is prob their best course of action, they could start preparing for it now tbh) you think he'd still book it? or would it not matter/is the franchise too snakebit for that to really happen

are... are you saying you fucked a gazelle? (slothroprhymes), Tuesday, 24 March 2015 17:49 (nine years ago) link

*xxp

beal is good if he hadn't gotten injured & been kinda shaky afterward i think he could've been a reserve this year

are... are you saying you fucked a gazelle? (slothroprhymes), Tuesday, 24 March 2015 17:49 (nine years ago) link

it just occurred to me that washington may have built the new old atlanta hawks--good enough for a 4/5 seed in the east for several years running.

better get kd.

hm yeah. or a real coach

both

lag∞n, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 18:00 (nine years ago) link

The Wizards don't have a very good roster.

I mean they have Wall, and then a bunch of guys who are borderline starters, and then a bunch of guys.

and the truth

are... are you saying you fucked a gazelle? (slothroprhymes), Tuesday, 24 March 2015 18:02 (nine years ago) link

beal and gorat are both good

lag∞n, Tuesday, 24 March 2015 18:02 (nine years ago) link

Pierce and Nene are cooked. Good for a good game every 3-4 games

Steph def def (Spottie), Tuesday, 24 March 2015 18:25 (nine years ago) link

their bench looked solid coming into the year but it hasn't really worked out + injuries slowed them down + coach blows

not sure what kinda stock to put into this kinda frivolous thing, but love the way the bottom rungs shape up

this is a bit harsh but not totally wrong

k3vin k., Tuesday, 24 March 2015 21:46 (nine years ago) link

wall and beal (still only 21) are legitimate franchise pieces, but the wizards historically have had a horrific ownership and lucking into wall and ending up with beal never changed that.

they signed martell webster on a huge overpay. the otto porter and jan vesley draft picks were disasters. i mean they had one whole draft where they picked vesley and chris singleton smh.

even the nene and gortat moves were seen as big gambles at the time and though they brought them up to a certain level of competitiveness and respectability this clearly is not a front office that understands how to think longterm.

and then of course the continued employment of a coach with a career winning percentage of 39%

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 24 March 2015 22:31 (nine years ago) link

wall and to some extent beal are basically the only things that have kept the wizards from being the knicks, basically

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 24 March 2015 22:32 (nine years ago) link

pretty big pieces tho
