how about Tyreke Evans? His box score numbers are very very similar to last year’s and yet he’s had one of the large improvements in his RPM. So what gives? Well, a little digging and you find out that Evans has played the most minutes on the Pelicans with Anthony Davis7. So that ought to help a bit.

i defo wouldnt sign dragic to a long contract. hes got some injuries, hes 28, and his game relies on driving inside and getting calls. players of his type fade hard and early. and the % of his possesions that end with free throws has already delcined this season iirc

i also don't get the rockets angle here, if dragic doesn't like playing with bledsoe and thomas why the hell would he like playing with harden?

seems like there's a bit of redundancy in their games as well. dragic doesn't have the same command of the long ball but, as mentioned above, both draw a lot of fts charging the paint. not sure why you'd want to distribute that same kind of thing to two guys (except i guess if it meant halving injury exposure to both by diminishing their opportunities to get busted up drawing fouls)
