has anyone ever gone from premiere perimeter defender in the nba to not trying at all as fast as lebron has theres no way

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 04:49 (nine years ago) link

seriously what is he doing out there

Matt Armstrong, Friday, 16 January 2015 04:50 (nine years ago) link

bron definitely has some ego issues, wonder if one way that manifests is his effort on D

k3vin k., Friday, 16 January 2015 04:51 (nine years ago) link

legit props to kobe for chucking that full-courter at the buzzer

k3vin k., Friday, 16 January 2015 04:51 (nine years ago) link

lebron looked worn out on that last possession

Matt Armstrong, Friday, 16 January 2015 04:51 (nine years ago) link

full-court heaves are fun. idk why adam silver won't just adopt my simple rule that all shot attempts past half-court only count as FGA if they go in, this would eliminate all the double-clutching at the end of quarters

k3vin k., Friday, 16 January 2015 04:52 (nine years ago) link

i kind of enjoy the artistry involved in getting the shot off just not in time

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 04:53 (nine years ago) link

funny thing about this game is the cavs are actually playing pretty well on offense and still are getting outscored by a middling lakers team

k3vin k., Friday, 16 January 2015 04:59 (nine years ago) link

wtf is lebron doing

k3vin k., Friday, 16 January 2015 05:40 (nine years ago) link

i missedd this yesterday:

Chances of Kobe shut down this season? Byron: "If we're nowhere near playoff contention in March...then we might discuss that."

Clay, Friday, 16 January 2015 05:46 (nine years ago) link

benching love in crunch time again. incredible

k3vin k., Friday, 16 January 2015 06:01 (nine years ago) link

lebron really just doesn't give a shit out there. it's something to behold. just trying out trick plays out there on his own

k3vin k., Friday, 16 January 2015 06:06 (nine years ago) link

Love was hurt this time, legitimately

Matt Armstrong, Friday, 16 January 2015 06:39 (nine years ago) link

kobe and bron guarding each other hard near the end was the first half of a Tylenol commercial

Clay, Friday, 16 January 2015 06:49 (nine years ago) link

i'm tellin you it was kenard (slothroprhymes), Friday, 16 January 2015 14:04 (nine years ago) link

the lebron/kobe bromance last night was really weird

Nets unwillingness on Lance Stephenson has Brooklyn focused on dealing directly with Thunder for Brook Lopez, league sources tell Yahoo.

ya so forced, icky xp

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 15:58 (nine years ago) link

kobe welcoming him into the non defending chuckers club

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 15:58 (nine years ago) link

just watched the end of the game again, it does look like love's back was acting up just before he was taken out

who say no

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:01 (nine years ago) link

why do the thunder want brook lopez i don't understand it

J0rdan S., Friday, 16 January 2015 16:34 (nine years ago) link

because hes an elite player (WHEN HEALTHY [MOVES SLOWLY])

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:36 (nine years ago) link

their frontcourt rotation is fine even if you don't even take into account that durant should get minutes a lot of minutes at the 4 against certain teams

J0rdan S., Friday, 16 January 2015 16:36 (nine years ago) link

fine not good enough the west is an arms race and okc prob more desperate than most re the potential imminent departure of kd

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:37 (nine years ago) link

also kd maybe hates jackson, and jackson is playing very poorly, time 2 panic

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:39 (nine years ago) link

i feel like thunder really just want a backup center who isn't kendrick perkins

i'm tellin you it was kenard (slothroprhymes), Friday, 16 January 2015 16:41 (nine years ago) link

i mean lopez is an elite rim protector and his per is like ~23 over the last few seasons, jackson has shown an inability to blend with kd/westb its a worthy risk imo

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:42 (nine years ago) link

ibaka and adams are both centers, plus they have collison and maybe mitch mcgary comes along in the second half enough to give you 6-8 minutes in the playoffs. AND you have durant for small ball.

J0rdan S., Friday, 16 January 2015 16:42 (nine years ago) link

if i'm them i'm looking to find a 3 and D guy

J0rdan S., Friday, 16 January 2015 16:43 (nine years ago) link

wilson chandler makes much more sense for them than brook lopez

J0rdan S., Friday, 16 January 2015 16:43 (nine years ago) link

my deep abiding love for steven adams is well known on this message board but lopez wld be a pretty huge upgrade, and the thunder still wld have no problem going small when the situation demands

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:43 (nine years ago) link

they need to find a player better than roberson and perry jones, not one better than nick collison

J0rdan S., Friday, 16 January 2015 16:44 (nine years ago) link

wilson chandler maybe makes more sense positionally but theres no comparison talent wise, theres no one else the thunder have any sort of shot as whos nearly as good at basketball as lopez

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:45 (nine years ago) link

the thunder are plenty talented, talent is not their problem

J0rdan S., Friday, 16 January 2015 16:45 (nine years ago) link

theres no such thing as plenty talented lol

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:46 (nine years ago) link

xxxp roberson is definitely a problem that's true, the fact that he's their starting 2 is ludicrous

i'm tellin you it was kenard (slothroprhymes), Friday, 16 January 2015 16:47 (nine years ago) link

if they trade for brook lopez and have to sit steven adams but still play andre roberson they are not going to be any better

J0rdan S., Friday, 16 January 2015 16:47 (nine years ago) link

cld also move collision or adams for more wing help if need be

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:47 (nine years ago) link

brook lopez is better than steven adams ergo ur formula is wrong, bad

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:48 (nine years ago) link

remember when everyone was like "you have to trade klay thompson for kevin love because he's just better"

J0rdan S., Friday, 16 January 2015 16:49 (nine years ago) link

well the argument that it would open up a hole in golden states line up where one does not exist is not the same as the thunder where you would just be keeping a lineup whole where one already exists, also both arguments fail to consider the possibility of further moves

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:51 (nine years ago) link

not to mention the talent gap between those players is not comparable

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:52 (nine years ago) link

and team continuity does not seem to be something the thunder actually possess

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:53 (nine years ago) link

i reject this comparison

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:54 (nine years ago) link

also maybe golded state shouldve traded for kevin love?

lag∞n, Friday, 16 January 2015 16:55 (nine years ago) link

except nobody thinks that?

J0rdan S., Friday, 16 January 2015 16:56 (nine years ago) link

the big 3 heat are the only modern example of amassing talent being enough to haul yourself to a championship
